Combining Shipping for eBay Auctions:
We are glad to combine shipping to save you money. Simply click on the link provided in your winning bidder notification e-mail (from any of the auctions that you have won) and you will be able to check your total or pay for you winnings (allow an hour after your last purchase for all items to be visible).
eBay Feedback Policy:
Once Positive Feedback has been left for the Silver Rose we will post Positive Feedback in return. Please contact us before leaving Neutral and Negative Feedback. The Silver Rose will make every reasonable attempt to satisfy the customer so that Negative Feedback is not an option, as we guarantee 100% customer satisfaction.

Payment Information:
Payment is expected within 7 days of auction end. If you combine multiple items payment must be received within 10 days of the first auction you won. We accept PayPal, Cashier's Checks, Cash, Money Orders, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Personal Checks. All Personal Checks are held for 10 business days.
Return Policy:
Your satisfaction is our number one priority! That's why The Silver Rose offers 10 days from the date you receive your order to return your merchandise for an exchange or for a full refund of the merchandise. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date we receive the package.
Shipping Information:
We ship items out twice weekly on Tuesdays and Fridays. Overseas shipments are sent on Tuesdays. Payment must be received by Monday or Thursday to be included in the following day's shipment. We will send you an email when your item has been shipped. Shipping charges are as stated and are NON-NEGOTIABLE. The shipping charge listed in the auction description covers shipping by USPS First Class Mail for US Residents and Airmail for non-US Residents. This amount also includes a prorated portion of the charge we incur from the post office, any packing materials, tissue paper, zip-lock bags, labels, boxes etc which are not supplied by the postal service and which we use to ship and protect the items during transit. The shipping amount listed in the auction description DOES include insurance.
Add to Cart:
If the Add to cart button on a product information page is disabled, then the item is limited but may still be available for purchase on one of our Ebay auction pages. Merely look for and click on the Ebay or Store icon displayed directly under the add to cart selection. If no such icon is present then the item is temporarily out of stock.
Order Payment:
If you are returning to an order that you have already placed and are having difficulty making payment, first you need to locate the order tracking option located at the bottom of our main homepage. Click the link that says "Click here" to track your order. Next input your order number and the email address you originally used for the order.
(Note: If the browser does not proceed to tracking try closing it down and repeat the process with Internet Explorer.) This will then bring up a copy of your invoice. If we have not received payment near the top of the invoice will be a button to select payment options. Select it to proceed making payment and to complete your transaction.
